The One Luz Tariff is valid for supplies with access tariff 2.0TD.
Once you have filled in the online contracting form and your application has been processed, it will take approximately 3 weeks to process your contract (if you were already with Endesa Energía the change is much faster).
Once the contract with Endesa has been activated, you will receive the last bill with your previous company (if you were already with Endesa it will be the last bill with your previous tariff). The first bill will be received once the first billing period with Endesa has been completed.
A One Tariff and One Gas contract has a duration of one year and is automatically renewable.
If you get the Social Bonus, you should not apply for this tariff because you would lose it.
