What should I know about Endesa rates?
The price may be updated on 1 January each year by the value of the actual CPI (last General Year-on-Year Consumer Price Index officially published at the time of the update), as well as for variations in the current regulated components that apply to electricity and gas supplies, and with possible new changes that may be approved by regulation.
In case of updating with the value of the CPI, the year-on-year CPI for November, published on the website of the National Institute of Statistics (https://www.ine.es/) will be used. The update will be made by adding to the previous prices the result of multiplying the CPI by those prices. For more information, the year-on-year CPI for November 2023 was 3,2%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2022 was 6,8%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2021 was 5,5%, the year-on-year CPI for November 2020 was -0.8% and the year-on-year CPI for November 2019 was 0.4%.
Any changes in the regulated components applicable in the contract (upwards or downwards) will be transferred to the customer. These modifications are regulated, they are totally beyond Endesa's control and apply equally throughout Spain and to all companies.
The price may also be reviewed one year after contracting. If there were any changes, we would let you know one month in advance. Always remember that at any time you can terminate the contract or contract another tariff from Endesa or any other company without penalty.
There is no minimum duration. If you are not convinced, you can switch whenever you want. On other words, there are no penalties if you decide to leave. There are only specific conditions for some promotions or temporary special offers. Don't worry, we will let you know if this is the case.
If you have another rate, other than the Tarifa One rate, you can switch to the Tarifa One rate without any problem. However, if you have already contracted the Tarifa One rate, you cannot unsubscribe in order to contract it again.
The Tariff One contract is for one year, automatically renewable.
If you have a solar panel installation with a self-consumption tariff activated, you will not be able to sign up for these tariffs. However, at Endesa we have the Endesa Solar Tariff available, which is designed especially for you.

If you are a new Endesa customer, you can get €80 (equivalent to 8,000 points in the PARA TI loyalty programme) for signing up for electricity and/or €80 (equivalent to 8,000 points) for signing up for gas.
If you have other properties and your utilities are supplied by another company, you can sign up with Endesa and benefit from this promotion.
Simply switch your energy provider to Endesa. Then, your credit will be transferred as points in the PARA TI programme, which you can redeem monthly for discounts on your bills.

Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email with your reward’s promotional code and instructions for redeeming it. You’ll need to validate this code in the PARA TI programme under the ‘Promotional codes’ section, within ‘Earn points.’ Don’t forget to download the Endesa Clientes app and register for the PARA TI programme!
Once you validate the code in the PARA TI programme, your points will be credited to your wallet. You can redeem them monthly through the ‘Redeem points’ section. Here, you’ll select a voucher (one at a time) with the discount you’d like to apply to your next bill (up to €20 per month). Then, apply it to any supply contracts you have with Endesa.
Endesa giveaway: 80 prizes for 1 year of free electricity
The giveaway features 80 prizes, each consisting of one year of free electricity. The winners will receive 80 physical VISA cards, each loaded with €732. Each card will be credited in two payments: an initial preloaded amount of €366 and a second automatic reload of €366 on the same card in June 2025.
The amount is calculated based on the consumption data of an average customer with a contracted power of 4.41 kW and an annual consumption of 3,272 kWh. This customer signed up for Endesa Energía's Libre Tariff, with price and promotion conditions offering a 10% discount on the energy rate, valid as of 02 December, 2024.
To enter, you need to sign a new electricity and/or gas contract with Endesa Energía between 03 December 2024 and 22 January 2025 and sign up for the '80 prizes for 1 year of free electricity' giveaway through the email you will receive.
Additionally, register for the 'PARA TI' points programme in the Endesa app to complete your entry. Once these steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your entry into the giveaway.

The giveaway will take place on 01 February 2025. Winners will receive an email so they can claim their prize. They will have 5 days to complete a form with their details. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be awarded to an alternate winner.
